What makes our Scrub Gown special?

It is multi-use, washable at 60Β°C+, water resistant with LOW air permeability, which has been tested πŸ˜‰

It is supplied to individuals only – giving peace of mind to the owner.

The gowns are supplied in pairs with a specially designed washbag: wear one, wash one

Apparently the wrists and thumb straps are AMAZING – be warned the Gown is of an exceptionally high quality! 😘

Can we call our Scrub Gown PPE?

No and this whole subject is a minefield 😣🀐😫…. in a nutshell our Gown is NOT:

a Surgical Gown, which we believe is commonly used as PPE for the current Covid-19 situation – and is classed as a Medical Device NOT PPE πŸ€·β€β™€οΈπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

or

an Isolation Gown/Hazmat suit which we believe is not in common use because they are too hot, heavy and cumbersome but is classed as PPE!πŸ₯±πŸ₯±πŸ₯±πŸ™„

Does our Scrub Gown have a CE Mark?

No – just like Scrubs our Scrub Gown does not need or have a CE mark.

Does the Scrub Gown stay water resistant?

If you wish for your Gown to remain water resistant please follow our laundry instructions – it really is much simpler than it looks! πŸ€¨πŸ€¨πŸ˜…πŸ€£

Why have we made a Scrub Gown rather than trousers & tunic?

A Gown is a β€˜safer’ garment to β€˜don & doff’ than other styles of garment.

A Gown is far more flexible in its range of use than traditional scrubs.

There are minimal seams + plus a gazillion other reasons! πŸ˜‰
